If it was a contract procurement then we could specify what we wanted the the Contractor Integrator or equipment vendor had to provide what the RFP required.

With those requirements I would have expected "custom built" systems, not off the shelf ir GSA schedule systems. All the off the shelf systems I've seen have the mic built in. We previously ordered Latitude D-series laptops which could be ordered easily without mikes.
